Dr. David Bowman
Lifestyle Medicine Consultant
Dr. David Bowman is a lifestyle medicine physician and starting in 2026, will serve as the Lifestyle Medicine Consultant, which will include addressing nutrition-related topics for the Howard University Cancer Center (HUCC). Dr. Bowman is currently the Assistant Dean of Student Health and Wellness and the Director of the Center for Spiritual Health and Wellness at Howard University College of Medicine. He is passionate about empowering health care providers, patients, churches, and the general public about the power of lifestyle medicine to revolutionize their health. He is the co-chair of the Health Equity Achieved by Lifestyle (HEAL) Initiative with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. He and his wife, Keisha, started Lifestyle Med Revolution, LLC to transform health using nutrition, physical activity, spirituality, and group support.
